| Terms And Conditions A minimum deposit of the cost of the first night's stay is required to confirm a reservation. The balance of the rental is payable on arrival. A security deposit or credit card imprint is required during the stay. In the event of a cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $25.00 - Our cancellation policy for non holiday reservations is 14 days prior to arrival. We have a 30 day cancellation policy for all holiday reservations. Rooms are available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and are to be vacated by 11.00am on the morning of departure. The cabin is Non Smoking. Covered by basic charges are: Electricity and gas, firewood and kitchen equipment. Bed linens and bath towels are not provided (bring your own). The cabin and its contents must be left in a clean and tidy condition. An additional charge for cleaning may be incurred. We charge $15.00 per night per pet. The pet must come with its own bed. Please notify when you make a reservation. All damages or breakages must be reported and paid for. Any missing items will be charged for. Guests must not be the cause of annoyance or to be a disturbance by way of noise or otherwise. Please respect nature, do not litter in the forest. |
